Quality Policy

In line with the vision of our company,  quality policy of Conval Group in accordance with the TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard is as follows:

  • A Quality Management System is created and implemented by Conval Group, to ensure that with help of the knowledge and experience gained since its establishment, Conval Group will maintain the quality of it`s services at the highest level in order to delight our customers. While doing so we will sincerely consider the customer feedback, their expectations and their demands to ensure that our services are compliant with the applicable national and international regulations and standards.
  • We ensure that employee satisfaction, motivation and loyalty are kept high by providing adequate, required training  and by offering due  development opportunities to increase the technical, professional and managerial competencies of all our employees, and to continuously enhance  the  quality of services provided by us.
